Business Analysis
The Business Analyst is an agent of change. Business Analysis is a disciplined approach for introducing and managing change to organizations, whether they are for-profit businesses, governments, or non-profits.
Business analysis is used to identify and articulate the need for change in how organizations work, and to facilitate that change. As business analysts, we identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders. Business analysts work across all levels of an organization and may be involved in everything from defining strategy, to creating the enterprise architecture, to taking a leadership role by defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes. This is as per IIBA.
Our hands on training will help you to act as a guide and lead the business through unknown or unmapped territory, to get it to its desired destination. The value of business analysis is in realization of benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modeling the organization. Through the effective use of business analysis, we can ensure an organization realizes these benefits, ultimately improving the way they do business.
They lower costs by finding more cost-efficient solutions. They increase the benefits by determining new needs within the organization, prioritizing those needs by value, and making necessary changes. Successful Projects – A business analyst is a critical component of a project.

I took this course to learn more about agile methodologies in business analysis, and it delivered. The practical exercises and real-world case studies were beneficial in understanding how to adapt BA techniques to agile projects. The only drawback was that the course felt a bit rushed towards the end.
I was lost what training to take, what is good for me based on my education and interests. Fahim is a great trainer who explained and gave career learning options, this helped me make a decision to join BA Class with him.
One thing that stands out was that the Trainer conducted Quizzes and gave several assignments to ensure we are learning practically. All work was being saved in online drives. He reviewed and helped us whenever we got stuck.
