Difference between SMC and PSM
SMC is from ScrumStudy.com For SMC – No prerequisite experience needed. Good to have a SDC certification but not mandatory. Cost of the exam is 450$. To maintain the certification take the SMC® Recertification exam every 3 years or earn any SCRUMstudy™ Certification. Current pass rate is 95%. Exam format is multiple choice questions, 100 questions and 120 minutes and no negative marking.
PSM is from Scrum.org $150 USD per attempt, Time limit is60 minutes, Number of Questions is 80. No renewal is needed.
What are the steps to get the certification?
First select the appropriate course for you. Then get the training. Prepare for the exam and take the exam. Then pass the exam and you can proudly say you are a Scrum Master.
